I have starting tracking again and mean to stick with it. I really have bad knees and it is hard for me to even walk sometimes. I am planning on getting into a swimming pool to exercise for 30 minutes hopefully this week.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
