Doctor's appointment today. ;-(

My doc says to reverse my eating schedule. Eat a large breakfast and a light dinner. I, generally, skip breakfast and eat a very large dinner.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 155.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
