Seriously 2.4 pounds down to 160.2 today....I am sooooo sooo sooo happy that I am finallllly past my previous plateau point from a weight that I stayed at of around 165 for over 10 years. Before HCG I had tried to get past that plateau for 6 months with diet and exercise. I am finally past it for good!!!!!
