31.5% BF. Surprised at how much I ate yesterday because it didn't seem like that much. Worked out for 2 hrs which was nice - abs class, weights, jogging/stair machine for 3 minutes.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
