Going on a cruise first week of July, I wish I would have gotten this serious about my eating and exercise habits a lot earlier. I am making progress, I definitely won't be at my goal weight in 3 weeks but I'll be happy with my progress. Now trying not to go crazy on that cruise...that's another story.
