OMG work is killing me!!! This is the first time I've been able to log on since I got back from vacation. Life has been hectic, did gain a few pounds while away, not much of a surprise for me. I didn't go too crazy at the buffets but I didn't really do much else but eat and relax. Came back to a short staffed job so there goes my exercise regiment. Hopefully I'll get back on track next week, if I don't pass out from being overworked! LOL, pray for me my friends...

Ugh...stuck at work today and the day is D-R-A-G-G-I-N-G. But on the bright side, leaving for my cruise tomorrow!!! Can not wait, sooo excited. I will be out of touch for the rest of the week, so don't think I've giving up, I will be back. Just pray that I don't go crazy at the buffet! I will need serious self control, may even try to workout a little bit.

Ok, I'm finally doing something right. I've been seeing the number on the scale slowly but surely decrease but I haven't really noticed a difference in anything else...until yesterday. Don't usually wear a belt, but I put one on yesterday and I can go in one more notch. Ahh what jubilation such a small thing can cause. Lets see how many more notches I can go down...
