dang, already had my one meal for breakfast and I burned the burger and grease spattered on my. time to start cooking outside but I don't know how to get the temp in the grill good. hopefully I can get by with a light dinner.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 50.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I cover the pan when I cook in the house on higher heat. the burgers can stick on the grill so I don't tend to do those outside just the steak or solid meats
