Down a lb, or actually more than a lb to 209.2.

Yesterday I was 210.4 according to my wall chart. I keep a wall chart because a calendar with the weights on it is more visual than this website.

Rode 18ish miles, in the desert heat and humidity. Actually it is cool today, its only 93 now at 845. Might sound sarcastic, but its true.

Ate a fritatta with mushrooms, onions, and ham. I think Jesswhatineeded inspired me to cook that. I had heard of them, but never attempted. Easy cheesy with out gas broiler. My breakfast is like 50% veggies (Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, my staples) and 50% eggs. Making an omelet that "hearty" is almost impossible, but a fritatta works! Thanks Jess! Now I throw it on a hot flatbread that is about the same size as the fritatta/pan, and I have a "breakfast pizza". Its really neat! I even have been skipping the mayo lately.

Mayo and western omelets go way back to my childhood. It was when I 1st learned to appreciate onions, peppers, and eggs all at the same time. Fun fact!

I am literally amazed at what a difference popping salt pills makes with my bike rides outside. I usually use an elixer/low-cal Gatorade type thing, but I still come out with headaches and/or exhaustion at a very primal level. I have some salt pills called S!Caps by Succeed! and they are literally working wonders. I need to tell Helewis about this.

Not much on agenda today, last day off work for my weekend. No plans for good or bad foods, need to buy some chicken. Homework is done, so maybe get a head start on next week or study for History CLEP.

Have a great day y'all!

I can't imagine what fortitude it takes to get out & ride a bike in that heat! I guess you adjust to it; glad you're taking care of electrolytes. It's so much cooler here, but I get so overheated & sweaty in my Zumba classes that I've been thinking about trying Gatorade or something. Tried coconut water but didn't care for it. Thanks for becoming my buddy! It's nice to meet you.

Breakfast sound amazing, JP. How far is Bahrain again? LOL. Good deal on the electrolytes replenishment tip. Doesn't it make an amazing difference? AWESOME job on the ride.
