booyah!! :D oh i'm so darn happy :)

exercising twice a day really works for me. they're not so intense like insanity workout but i make sure im burning the same no.of calories by working out twice with only longer period of time :)
151.1 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
