Another solid consistent week. I had hopes of getting out of the 300’s by the end of the year. With a little bit of push in my workouts and strict eating (not a bunch of Keto snacks), I could actually be out by the end of this month! I for sure am going to try! 💪
310.8 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 115.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
