I had to take an un-expected trip this weekend, and so didn't do a very good job sticking to the diet, and yes the scale show that. I'm back home now and life has settled down, so I'm right back to work. Hopefully it wont take long to take off what I put on over the weekend.
189.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
