For last couple of days have been back doing 'Kevy's' which to me is no snacks and no processed carbs after the first meal of the day i.e. no pasta, bread, noodles after breakfast.

While my weight has largely stayed the same, my tummy/gut definitely felt flabby over the last couple of months and while we can't stop gravity and time, have added another abs exercise to my Keiser routine. Would like (as much as possible) to eliminate the excess tummy shmutlz!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
