1742 kcal Fat: 73.63g | Prot: 98.37g | Carb: 173.10g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Green SuperFood Drink Powder, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Swiss Cheese, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, 1% Fat Milk, Sugar, Iced Brewed Coffee (Venti). Dinner: Dry or Hard Salami, French Bread, Wise popcorn white cheddar. Snacks/Other: Honeydew Melon, Mountain Trail Mix, Grapes (American Type, Slip Skin), Butter Gourmet Popcorn, Almond Butter, Egg White, Mountain Trail Mix. more...
