Wow. A few weeks away from home making my own decisions... makes a bad coupla weeks. Apparently, I gained 2 lbs, then at one point being back at my starting weight due to PMS (and lemmie tell you how GOOD a week it's been -_-)
So yeah... Tournament this Sunday, 5k the Sat after that. ONWARD!!!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
