Finally I lost another lb. I just hope with all my hard work, that it won't take me a month each time to lose a lb. But I guess it is possible with having this weight on me for so long, it may take a long time to get it off....
Plus, it is my new lifetime WOE so it doesn't matter...
184.4 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Suziem, I just checked out your profile - look how far you've come!! It can be frustrating when the weight loss slows down. I know I get aggravated when the scale doesn't reflect all my hard work. Try to focus on your achievements - you've lost over 20 pounds and you're making yourself healthier every day!! :)
