Finally got my 50!!! 💪💪💪 Not that it is a race, but I’ve been extremely consistent with no cheating whatsoever. And that equates to 50lbs lost in less than 4 months.
314.4 lb Lost so far: 52.6 lb.    Still to go: 119.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
