My rapid weight loss over the last couple of weeks hasn't been due to my good health habits. It's because I injured my ankle badly enough that I haven't been able to get groceries. I've been down to buttered rice with hot sauce and black coffee for the last couple of days. I have a walking boot, but it doesn't seem to be doing any good. I'm going to call the doctor again tomorrow.
