Wtf!! Exerxised yesterday and ton of housework
159.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1425 kcal Fat: 43.38g | Prot: 109.93g | Carb: 151.98g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Green SuperFood Drink Powder, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Light Italian Dressing, Baby Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Carrots, Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula Lettuce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Kale salad, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Snacks/Other: Twix Minis, Granny Smith Apples, Caramel Bar, Mr. Nature Unsalted Trail Mix, Mr. Nature Unsalted Trail Mix, Mr. Nature Unsalted Trail Mix, Clover Honey, Egg White, Boiled Egg. more...
