One more day to the new Carharts [these are jeans that are made for working; I love them]. As long as I don't do something dumb toady, I will have gone a whole week with the scales in the 180's :-] My first mini goal reached.

My DH asked to go for a walk last night after dinner. That was a wonderful surprize. I'm enjoying his weight loss even more than mine.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
