No following the dukan diet anymore. Following 28 day detox. Was 9st 7lbs today I weigh 9st 3lbs and feeling much better for it. Skin is spotless and I am feeling alert. I do tend to get a bit dizzy when I am teaching in class, which is probably down to lack of food. So I have made sure to eat little but often and not to over eat at each sitting. I have been training hard too. I would like a more rapid weight loss as I am on holiday in Bulgaria next week. Happy that I am back on track and in control of my eating and fitness regime once again!
