Down a bit today to 208.0.

I am feeling like 208 is a number I will grow to hate. Maybe I can shake it this week.

I am feeling like Madjak too, I have a soft goal of 200 by my birthday, at the end of this month. Not so sure I am gonna make that. Who knows. I had one in May too I missed by about a month. No big deal.

Rode my bike last night. It was windy as heck, and night time. So that means sand in the eyes (need some clear glasses). I also had an issue with noise, which was the plastic thing that goes around your rear sprocket/cassette. I think its there so your spokes dont eat your chain? Anyway, need to ty-wrap it up good I think, it moves around to easily. I turned around and went home at 30 minutes, rather than ride 3 more miles with the wind to only get my butt kicked on the way home. Rode for about an hour total.

Today, not much planned. Decent lunch, my weekend starts. Tomorrow for cheat day is big breakfast, and Lasagna for dinner. Nothing much else planned.

Ramadan is ending this weekend. More bike rides hurray. I can ride and drink no problem! Looking forward to this.

Sounds like you got plenty of endurance training as it was. Not much joy or benefit in fighting the wind and sand in your face. Man, can I eat at your house; DW is not going to be making lasagna for a while? Probably my favorite dish (at least right now while I'm thinking about it). Enjoy your cheat day!
