Workout yesterday was good
Walking 20 min everyday
Desperately want to get back under 200
Know I shouldn't weigh everyday but I can't help it.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
