I've officially lost 20lbs!!! 2lbs down since my last weight in and I stepped on the scale honestly expecting to have gained weight (I've been eating alot of fried foods lately). This is definitely the kind of motivation I need to get back to full on work outs.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
