Majority of meals were 1900-2300 calories. Should be at 3000-3500 calories. MASS Fusion came in today and my first day trying it. Will hope to gain weight. Weighed 157 @ 3:33PM after 1 PB sammich, 16 oz milk, 1 granola bar and lots of water. Analog scale.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
