Thanks. I am trying to build muscle mass now - not crazy body builder but just tone up and feel good. That is wreaking havoc with the goal weight. I need to move the belly to my arms and legs lol. So the weight loss has become darn near asymptotic with the goal weight which is what I was 25 years ago and fit. So meh, numbers aren’t everything but the belly bulge is lolol.
