Good morning everyone. Let’s do another day! I found a quote that helps me not eat late at night. You might like it.
Tomorrow’s reward is today’s discipline.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YES. I feel so different in the morning when I've taken it easy on food or fasted for a few hours the night before.
