I have been eating:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with Splenda brown sugar and splash of milk= 175 calories
Lunch: fiber one bar=140 calories
Snack: grapefruit=100 calories orange=60 calories
Dinner: 4 oz. salmon=100 calories 1/2 cup jasmine rice=180 calories Promise fat-free butter 1 tbsp.=30
Snack: fiber one yogurt=80 calories
Snack when I get home from work: Small bowl of fiber one cereal and skim milk=200
Also I drink: Lots of Crystal Lite, Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Black Tea, and Water
And I chew Trident gum at work.
Total calories~ About 1,100
When I start to work out, my daily calories will go up so that I can accommodate for the extra work my body is doing. I am crossing my fingers that this Iowa monsoon season thing will go away soon so I can finally get out of the house!!!!!!
