Finally! Waiting almost two weeks for this. I can hardly wait to see what FS has to say about how long it will take me to reach my goal weight at this rate. But then again, this is the best thing (for me) I can do with my time.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

FS PREDICTIONS ARE AS BAD AS PAYING minimum on credit cards haha. i gotta push to reach my goal now. your moving in the right direction

And FS says, 29 months to reach my goal - that's a pound a month. I certainly hope I can do better than that. One thing I can be pleased about is that I haven't been this low in 2 years. Hips, knees and back pain almost gone. Swelling in hands gone, but had a wee bit of wheat one day and it was back the next morning. Now I know for sure it's a problem food.

For those of us of a certain age, weight loss is a long process. I am happy with any tenth down!

It took me a couple months for my metabolism to wake up. Once it did and I started to slowly go down.

@moving@more ... that is me, too. I got rid of fluid weight and dropped a bunch in the beginning. Now I am moving like a turtle in weight loss. I am hoping the changes I can't see (inside the body) are happening. We just have to remain positive! DOING GREAT TRACIN' I can't wait to lose all the weight you have lost!!!!!
