Yes, Lost 20 lbs (269 - 249)! Drinking lots of water and walking 3 miles every other day. Thing stress me out, but I am still walking and eating healthy. At least if I can get no other good news, I can control this aspect of my life. Then I am not sitting in a sh*t storm feeling sorry for myself.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
