Hot Yoga. My new vice.
Better than sitting on the couch on my days off eating and doing nothing but "catching up" on tv shows I Tivo'd.
Currently drinking my protein shake. Delicious! Ice blended with my chocolate flavored whey protein, vanilla extract, peaches and strawberries, and skim milk. Perfect for this hot day.
Getting ready to go roller blading down at the beach strip.

I leave for London England in a week. So busy, so stressed, but relaxing, breathing and not letting it get to me.

180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
