Pretty disappointed in myself for allowing myself to gain back 10 lbs in the last month. I had reached 2 of my goals and decided to take a break for 10 days while I had a friend visiting from out of state. Apparently that was not a good decision because 10 days turned into a month. I'm definitely feeling less motivated... Need to get back on track somehow...
232.2 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2750 kcal Activities & Exercise: Hiking - 20 minutes, Resting - 15 hours and 40 minutes, Sleeping - 8 hours. more...

Life happens and beating yourself probably feels bad - you are OK, you did you best. Hang in there, and regroup - you can do it!

it sounds like you might be at a critical point where you might take a deep breath and try again...or give up. the good thing is you reached that point before you gained all your weight back plus a little more. if you are not happy with yourself right now, then sooner or later you will feel compelled to change your eating habits again. so why not start now while you are still ahead? i believe you can succeed!
