Well I'm back from the trip and ready to be good again. The weight gain isn't as bad as I thought it might be, must be all the extra walking I got in saved my bacon [or made it go away]. It was good to go away, but I'm glad to be back and know I'll feel much better in a day or two of eat right. Now just to get those three new pounds off, and than get back to loosing.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
