Lost another pound - which means (drum roll please) I'm just 10 lbs away from my UGW of 121! Woohooo!
Stoked! I haven't been this light in 3 years - maybe 4. Feels like I've really accomplished something *being silly*. I started my Low Carb story in Feb this year. I weighed 165 lbs. I've lost 24.8 lbs in 7(ish) months. That's 3.5 lbs per month. A pound a week. Sustainable, healthy weight loss (if I say so myself).

On the personal challenge front - I'm on day 22 and I've lost 6 lbs so far. I still need to lose 4.2 lbs in 8 days... *eye roll*. Restarting my exercise regiment tomm. Had to take a few days off because of the flu. I'll give it my all to try and get to the target. I know I will.

Hope everyone else is having a light, healthy weekend too.
