Massive carnivore breakthrough! Unless my elliptical broke, I've always set at 6 and haven't wanted to use it the last few years because of exhaustion. I've had trouble with just walking and going up stairs, huffing, burning legs.. today I thought I'd try a light 10 minutes. Instead, I had to crank my resistance to 20 and it was ez. I did HIT for 30 minutes with no prob! Haven't been able to do that since my 20s! I also gave up all artificial sweeteners for the first time since TAB😂 I tried some today in my coffee and it totally tastes the chemical flavor! Soda water and water for me from now on!

183.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
