Still at a plateau...Will be making a planned interruption in protocol starting tomorrow as per "pounds&inches." I have to travel tomorrow and will be staying with friends that will not be cooking to protocol for a week. I will be bumping my calories up to 800-900 and will not use hHCG for the week. I will be returning to phase 2 once I get back from my trip in a week.
