Up a lil today, 209.2. No big deal.

Yesterday I did really poorly on my diet program. hehe. Work went late, and it was stressful. So I ate some cookies, and beef jerky around dinnertime (I was still at work). Then I came home, and had more cookies! lol Seemed like the right thing to do at the time!

Today I took my bike ride. Was all prepared and did about 16 miles before having a major flat! And I mean major, one minutes i am cruising along, and next my tire is completely out of air, and totally flat. I had a nail "plumb through it!" and it came out the side wall, so it poked 2 holes.

I set about patching it which was easy cuz of the big ol' nail was a good indicator of the leaks location! Fixed it in about 5 mins, then tried to pump it up. No luck! Turns out my lil bike pump does not fit presta valves, those high tech and super duper thingeys.

Called wife, no answer. Called Daughter, no answer. Called work mate Rob, and he came and got me with his truck. All is well.

Just pounded down a 1000 calorie breakfast. I have to tell you, lots of bacon fans are around, and rightly so. But a greasy ass rib-eye steak fried up is just about as good! This is the 2nd weekend in a row I have made that choice. Although I doubt I am eating 8 oz of bacon, but who knows.

I just noticed I did not compensate for my shorter bike ride by eating less, but who cares.

Today not much planned at this time. Iftar buffet for Dinner, should be grand! At a nice hotel with some friends.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
