442.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 242.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Planning a winter break trip to Reno with a friend. We each put in $50 and who ever losses the most weight gets the pot and plays the high roller at the craps table! I’m gonna turn that $100 into $500!!!
