32.1% BF. TOM start today.

How can weight not go down with almost 500 kcal deficit daily? No binge eating last night but I think I averted a binge. Wanted to eat although not hungry so I ate dinner and refused to let myself continue eating, which I wanted to even though I was full.
139.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
