Get mentally prepared for this over the weekend. Bought a new band for my fitbit and have been talking shit to people in step challenges all weekend. I've been killing all of them. I have to make this a game in order for me to stick with this, and so far, its working.
200.7 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
