End of week one of "8 Week Blood Sugar Diet." Very pleased with the results but realize next week won't be this dramatic so have to keep my spirits up. I also lost 2 inches off my waist. I am eating the 800 daily calories LCHF style, which limits hungry times. I'm involved with a support group on Facebook and the typical weight loss over the 8 weeks is 10% of starting weight. Onwards!
188.2 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
