Started logging in my food yesterday using thedailyplate.com . Ate about 1800 calories and lost a pound! Also worked out after work,too! =) It's a little tough to log food when you don't have a recipe to go by, but guesstimate. I suppose it's better than not knowing at all!
240.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.1 lb a week
