The never ending saga of hating myself, starving myself, and then binging continues. Some of you might know what I am talking about.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I so know what you are talking about! I battle with my emotions, self-esteem, and eating daily. Since I started here on FS I have learned through others succeses and failures...including my own. The best thing I changed in my mind was Eating to lose weight. I was so not confident in my ability to eat only until I was full, I wouldn't eat all day then binge on everything that was in reach...mostly chips, candy, and cheese. Our bodies go into starvation mode when we only eat late in the day...It stores fat because it thinks we are going to be with out food. Then when we binge are bodies think we are also eating a lot because we are going to be without food later so it holds on to it as fat also. Crazy! Lately I have found success in eating small meals every three hours and stopping eating when I feel full, getting in daily walks/cardio, drinking water when I am thirsty and checking in here on Fat Secret to keep me on track. Don't give up tomorrow's a new day!!! You can do it!
