Wow! this week has gone by fast, I met my goal for week 1. I didn't lose weight though But I did gain new friends at the pool and here. I gained the movitation to continue "the plan" and not focus only on the numbers!

3/22 40 min water walking, 20 min water aerobics
3/23 30 min walking
3/24 40 min water walking, 20 min swimming
3/25 30 min water walking, 30 min water aerobics
3/26 30 min water walking, 30 min swimming
3/27 40 min water walking, 20 min water aerobics
263.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are doing incredible! Keep up the good work. I had a friend who suggested I use a tape measure to gauge my progress rather than a scale... an interesting suggestion especially if you want to get away from focusing on the numbers. I struggle with that too. But, Hon, you're doing awesome!!!!
