Back on track!!
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 chef salad Lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk 1 bowl chicken soup dinner
1 hr eliptical 988 calories
A few more days of this and the weight should start falling again.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

What kind of elliptical machine do you have (brand, model)? I've been thinking about buying one... the one's I'm looking at are pricey, $2000 and up, but the good ones that they use in the gym... Precor is the brand. Just curious what you're using and how you like it.

I use one at the gym. Don't remember the brand or model but it's a brand new one they just upgraded to. I'll find out tonight and let you know. I like it a lot. It has better resistance than the old gym model so it gives me a tougher workout. It also seems to have a more realistic calorie count. Lastly, it has a personal training mode so you can do an O2 saturation fitness test. It has a LOT more features that I don't currently use.

Lifefitness closest match is the Xi9 http://us.home.lifefitness.com/content.cfm/x9i Be warned. While very good, also expensive!!
