Getting there very slowly. Not understanding why its taking so much effort now, however, I'm not giving up!!!
132.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

The lower your weight and body fat %, the longer for fat weight to come off as the body is attempting to hang on to or save the little bit which is left for organ protection.... So the closer you get to your goals, the lower your percentage becomes, the less amount will come off..... Stay safe and good luck !!!! ;D

Thanks so much. It was simply a matter of watching what I ate and exercising then I went to Nashville and drank water a lot ans whallah!!! My body is doing exactly what you said...holding onto the body fat. I'll just have to stick to my routine and remain safe with what my body is trying to tell me. Thanks again.
