Nice weight in after skipping cheat day. 209.4!!!

Record low for me on this Journey. After pretty much a 4-6 week plateau. I should be eating cake and steaks this afternoon though, and cheating hardcore.

Today is my Son's 15th birthday! So we are having a small BBQ with some friends. Forecast is 107 too. Anyway, steaks, baked potatoes, and some canned corn and bean. I have also made hummus with pita bread, salsa for dipping, and am baking cinnamon almonds which are my sons favorites. Its going to be a lot of food.

I dont feel all that hungry or like indulging very much. It is also an alcohol free event today, which I fully endorse, that is new too. I want to be sure its a good time for the kids, and also stay on my journey and goal of 200 lbs by the end of August (Also my birthday!) Plus it is Ramadan.

Like I said before, most of the nerds we hang with really dont drink (like I do), so when we do get together, they drink like 1-2 beers to my case. Its a bit awkward (for them, when I am harassing them) lol. I'd rather not even partake in that environment. My real drinking buddy is scheduled to come back end of the year. Then I should be at a place in my journey to set aside cheat/beer day! lol It seems quite popular in the mountain biking community to drink heavily after riding. My kind of sport!

I may workout on the treadmill and go to the gym here on the compound. I have the kids birthday thing pretty much handled now. Wife is cleaning and preparing. My chef-ly duties have been performed (stunningly I might add.)

Oh, the company pulled the plug on me getting out of this god forsaken country too. I was very depressed yesterday. Today, not so much. I had kind of figured I would be here a while. We'll see. One day at a time.
