Phew! Ok, I'm finally back down on my weight again. My glucose has gone up a little, so I'm definitely watching that. More veggies for me. :o)

I have tons of studying to do for my second math exam (will this ever end?!).

Getting ready to go workout in a bit, then hitting the books.
229.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
