I am not pleased with this weight gain and can't seem to get it down in the time frame I wanted. Patience!!! Schedule has changed which has caused me to change my eating habits, ie working at night so instead of not eating after 12 a.m. I'm coming in at 3 a.m and hungry as hell!!! Staying positive, I'm still getting in my exercise regiment and monitoring what I eat. It's the holiday weekend and I'm swimming to get the exercise in instead of extra food in my mouth. Life is meant to enjoy so I'm doing what I can to be happy!!! Close to my set weight limit of 135 lbs and I'm NOT over. It's the little things that count. Enjoy the week everyone. Stay vigilant.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.2 lb a week
