IBS acting up again. timeline- 30 days to lose 3lbs!!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 01 August 2012:
1339 kcal Fat: 35.28g | Prot: 31.58g | Carb: 241.44g.   Breakfast: Almond Bar, Brown Sugar, Blueberries, True Almond Vanilla, Bananas, Lemon, Water, Coffee, No Calorie Sweetener (Packets), White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Saltine Crackers. Lunch: Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Fried Tofu, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Water, Organics Baby Carrots. Dinner: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cucumber (with Peel), Blue Menu Celeb Margarine, Russian Salad Dressing (Low Calorie), Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Water. Snacks/Other: Gala Apples, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Peanut Butter, Water. more...

IBS cn be a struggle - but also easily treated with diet and stress reduction, I believe. Hang loose, relax, eat well - I know you will be well.

HCB- I have been dealing with IBS for about 15 years now, however this is the first time I have experienced the I can not go side. Thanks for the advice tho.. ppphhhttt- I am hopeful that the 3lbs will not be a problem.
