Scale is so weird. Ate lots and dropped weight.
I know I shouldn't weigh everyday :)
Going to see trainer again today. He's really helping me stay accountable and focused
214.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
